Youth into drugs. This has been one of the most cancerous trends that only local Paraguayans are complaining about. The younger crowd of Paraguayans are immensely into drug consumption and low-level thievery for enough Guarani to afford drugs. There is a huge amount of drug use that remains unchecked and for some reason is spreading like a wild-fire with youth.
We’re seeing more and more drive-by-shootings due to disputes between local drug markets involving increasingly younger actors. There is no shortage of automatic weaponry in Paraguay.
Expats in Paraguay Uncensored (FB)
Take a look at how many are interested immigrants there are from India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, West Africa–there is about 2 new posts, DAILY. This has received some kickback after a lot of rude comments were shared back and forth. However, needless to say, Paraguay is not a place of Guarani mestizo anymore–it is rapidly changing to become a melting pot. People are not appreciating the magnitude of this dramatic change.

Potentially, a Major Change
It is literally the only country on earth they can move to with 0 proof of any money, assets or skills. These fully legal are not even the hoops like Europe

If invitation letters are no longer needed and third worlders need 0 proof of finances to move here this place will look like India within a few heads
I’m beginning to think that Paraguay’s problems weren’t present because for the last hundred or so years there weren’t many local men around
Hacked–a Free for All
CRITICAL ALERT NEWS: Massive Data Leak from Paraguay’s Civil Registry (5 Million Records). An analyzer has detected the sale of a critical database belonging to Paraguay’s Civil Registry. Threat actor “GordonFreeman” has put up for sale sensitive information encompassing a large portion of the national population.
Data Volume: 5,000,000 records (Approx. 70% of the country’s population).
Now, National ID Numbers, First and Last Names. Dates of birth, Detailed profession or occupation (e.g., Lawyer, Merchant, Student, Day Laborer) and Marital Status are all leaked to those who wants them
How conveniently… soon after they’ve changed their law where ownership of crypto exceeding $5,000 was mandated to be reported
This has already lead to kidnappings in Paraguay, and with personal information now leaked, expect more
Administrative Location: District, registry office code, and internal geolocation codes.
Traceability: Dates of last record updates (some dated as recently as April 2025).
Something not mentioned
Paraguay, effectively, has no police force. Mexico, while we can assume are all on payroll of one criminal or another, I would guess, are more effective in deterring crime than those in Paraguay. This is something that people will use as a “win”.

Crypto Scandal Reveals the Cards
This has demonstrated that the Paraguayan state are non-sovereign and are heavily influenced by Western forces and the same who wish to exert control mechanisms over financial movement and transparency on who/how many are moving what funds to where. Paraguay has continually shown their dedication and commitment to current US foreign policy, staggeringly so (for instance, they’re the only country that recognizes Taiwan as a legitimate separately nation from China in South America).

The crypto laws also reveal something I’ve written about in previous posts…Asuncion, is broke. They’ve stolen all they can steal and it turns out that this overview of client assets is a wonderful insight into how much wealth can exactly be stolen or seized. The taxes mean nothing, the reporting is the key for the state.
Unfortunately, at this rate, I’m beginning to think there is going to be a Part 4, but I won’t beat a dead horse.
