Would You Consider Moving Here?

The Iron Curtain Continues to Flip

I have keenly witnessed events take place where the countries that were always left-leaning over the last 100 years become more conservative, traditional, strict, and business-friendly. On the other hand, countries that were more conservative, tradition and business-friendly have adopted every aspect of leftism you can imagine, causing their economies, their cultures, their society, even their languages to collapse before our very eyes. It’s a ride that we know is going to crash, and the wise ones are going to be wanting to get off of it–but they all get stuck on the first question which is

Belarus… Are You Serious?

I’ve added this to my newsletter but I figured I’d share a little ‘boots on the ground’ from Belarus here with respect to NATO vs. Russia. My friend said, “Here everything is calm. The conflict is going on at the border with Ru-Ukr. Here stable. The prices don’t increase, everything is available. There are no European cars to buy. Mostly Chinese ones or Russian but life has not changed”.

This answer resembles what I have written about here with respect to Russia.

Sanctions in Russia
A Conversation with a Russian
EU cannot let go

I have witnessed video evidence of Russia which looks like 1950’s America–in fact there’s a YouTube channel that displays people from all over the world who are seeking to preserve a more traditional life for their children who made the move to Russia.

Very Cheap

A little interesting search from Numbeo (I feel like its reliable from what I’ve seen):

Cost of Living Including Rent in Minsk is 33.2% lower than in Guadalajara, Mexico
Rent Prices in Minsk are 38.4% lower than in Guadalajara
Restaurant Prices in Minsk are 30.1% lower than in Guadalajara
Groceries Prices in Minsk are 39.0% lower than in Guadalajara
Local Purchasing Power in Minsk is 33.7% higher than in Guadalajara

If you consider the average wages here too, you’ll see that you may or may not be in a situation to receive a lot more income relative to the average around you.

Petrol95 per liter 0.74 USD & Electricity kWh per hour 0,0763 USD. This even beats oil star state of Texas or Moscow.

The min salary is 191.22 USD minus 14% taxes (a 1% recent raise)

The Average salary 677.82 USD minus 14% taxes

A salary of 2,000 USD or more a month would allow you live extremely comfortably.

What percentage of Belarus is farmland?

About 95% of agricultural land remains state owned and is farmed along under collective farming (kolkhoze and sovkhoze) systems. Private land ownership is restricted to household plots of up to 1 ha–not the best system around if you ask me! Although, the point that does matter is 40.28 % of the land is for agricultural purposes.

Number of livestock and poultry.

Belarus receives heavy support from Russia with respect to food, you’re not going to starve here.

Our countries have been fruitfully cooperating in the agricultural sector for many years. The main result of such cooperation is food security and social stability. Taking into account the specifics and specialization of the Russian-Belarusian agricultural production, we can say with confidence that our producers complement each other, respond to the needs, provide supplies of certain types of raw materials and foodstuffs. Of course, there is also healthy competition in some segments of the market. As a result, consumers choose this or that product on the store shelves, from Russian Ambassador Boris Gryzlov

Belarus has also prioritized improving energy efficiency in electricity and heat production and is phasing out subsidies for electricity, heat and gas, which is expected to make the energy sector more market-focused and investor-friendly; Belarus uses around 56% natural gas, 30% oil and has recently built its first nuclear reactor

My source further says:

A very large and nice, big apartment (penthouse type) will run you back about 100,000 USD equivalent. If not and you pay rent and bills for electricity, water…around 200$ (its minimum, if you want better housing or bigger or better location you pay more).

Anecdotes

Belarus is to Russia as Canada is to the United States–> The people are more quieter than their Eastern neighbours–likely due to their smaller impact on the global economy and warfare might. They may be viewed as more friendly compared to Russians as well (especially those from Moscow).

Belarus, literally translating to White Russia, is extremely white with around 98% of their population in that demographic. As anti-white ideologies swarm the Western world, that could be another obvious plus bringing attention towards the place.

I have seen and heard of numerous instances of quiet, peaceful public places. The metro, bus stations, restaurants, city centre, nightlife are not packed with drugged, scary, homeless. Rather, everybody keeps to themselves and gets a long for the most part.

Belarus’ President Lukashenko is one of the only leaders in the world to have called out every bit of the Covid hysteria along the way. He not only named Washington as being part of the agenda but pointed out the hypocrisy live amongst his own politically colleagues. The people there I know hadn’t received any injection. He has also been vocal regarding the pipeline explosions in the Baltic sea as well as other foreign influences.

I believe Belarusian women to be one of, if not ‘the’, most attractive women on the planet. If you’re a single man, you’d like to hear that they are one of the countries where women out number men–so there are lots of opportunity!
