Open Door Consultancy: Are You A Wolf?

Evolving Times

I had a chat the other day where the topic of discussion related to how the number of crises around us (debt, cost of living, violence, pension weakness, cultural and demographic change, etc.) is going to continue to lead to further exodus of primarily Europeans and North Americans from their homes of new locations.

In absolute number, the flow of immigration and emigration has never been so grande ever in human history. Immigration primarily exists from the 3rd world to the decaying first world, and emigration will continue to be the mirror image of this trend.

This is only legal refugees, asylum seekers and naturalized residents–not illegals.

While it’s easy for Africans to accept free housing and free shelter from NGOs supporting them, I’ve come across far more hesitation from those leaving the developed world, for new locations. I think briefly, there’s two factors holding people back in their decaying homes inside conquered nations.

I had Suggested in Our Call That…

At least with respect to Canada… all of the people who were ever going to leave Canada–had done so already. I believe this may be largely true with respect to the United Kingdom as well.

  1. I don’t see it getting any easier to have a life of comfort in these developed countries–costs are rising far faster than a wage–like a bad tide taking you out to sea no matter how hard you try to swim. Now add in carefully crafted taxation policy, expensive regulatory barriers, inflation, barriers to free expression and a police surveillance state and you begin to realize that unless you’re a unicorn type entrepreneur or innovator, success is largely limited. Perversely, the people there believe this is a good thing. The new citizen of Europe and UK are genuine collectivistically-minded individuals who do not cherish the individual any longer.

For the time being, people remain on the hamster wheel, with their mouth above water enough to complain enough on X, Facebook or at the bar over a game of football [or hockey in the case of Canada]. However, when they look at their expanding credit withdrawal, and imagine the costs to stop running on the hamster wheel and travel to an unknown country–the jump seems impractical. It seems like it’s too far to even consider–so why bother?

I am inspired of the time I was in Aruba on the street train and I came across a beautiful couple from Venezuela. They had a 2 year old with them and they explained, that they managed to escape with only 2 backpacks each. They filled everything they could. One they wore on their back, one they held in their arms.

This level of desperation is something that the Westerner’s don’t even think is possible let alone will ever impact them–besides, Big Brother will look after them, no?
  2. The second reason why they’re staying behind in a dying system and land, and strap yourselves in for this… is the fact that the people still back in their countries are weak-minded individuals. In that, they do not have a courageous mind to step out of the mainstream of following orders and exploring the world for themselves. This is not to say everybody is oriented like this, but it’s quite easy to see that there are millions and millions of both young and older men who are “the weak men creating the hard times”. Unlike their ancestors, who may have made the jump over to the New World (in the case of North America) or who had survived some of the most treacherous times (in the case of Europe), they simply are not of the type of adventurous persuasion that enables them to get their act together & prepare themselves or their families for crises ahead. Expecting these people to relocate is a waste of time. They are prey to their conquerers.

When the going gets tough, the tough get going

Wolves Still Amongst Us

Now while that last point seems harsh, I still believe there’s millions of people in Europe who willing and able to relocate to safety–yet they just need some guidance, support, consulting and to make use of an established network.

It is quite clear that as financial crises continue to make its way through the world for the next decade or two, like a virus, there will be continued moves out of the dying empire for new places such as Thailand, Panama, Uruguay and New Zealand and so on. This will continue, but having the wherewithal to understand and act in preparation will need a very tough-minded individual.

However, with every day that ticks onwards, the breads and circuses, the statism and collectivistic ideology, the technological dopamine buttons we’re tempted to press– all add up weaken that inner competitive, aggression form of survival that many have.

In a similar sense, wolves continue to exist ranked as a “Least Concern” for extinction and are plentiful. They hunt together in packs no matter the season they encounter but there’s no shortage of Chihuahuas and Shih Tzu helpless dogs out there either. Every day we do nothing and remain inside of a bubble of compliance, we’re evolving of being more like the latter type of animal, as opposed to the wolf we must be to conquer the challenges in front of us.

What Can Be Done

In the case of the second group (above), I’d simply say I wish you the best.

Although for the 1st group, or for people who are first coming across certain names on the internet with respect to financial independence, gold markets, second passports, gold storage, speculating vs. investing… you still have time to escape with your wealth.

The unfortunate part is that we have to take action NOW, and there is no solutions when the capital controls come, the laws change, the banks won’t operate in our favor and we’re unable to provide for ourselves. I can guarantee you will be unable to respond swiftly when the crisis hits–but if you begin diversifying yourself internationally right now, you will not only survive but thrive the next financial crisis.

How I Can Help

  1. Chartering a private aircraft for your specific needs for you
  2. Consultation calls to develop an immigration plan and strategy to implement (and answer any questions you may have)
  3. Investment management; a contrarian, global macro portfolio for wealth preservation and asymmetric upside
  4. Affiliate network for gold purchasing or 2nd residency.

If you wish to discuss these matters over with me, feel free to book a call with me and if you’re interested in investment management services (whereby we likely share a similar macroeconomic view), I’d be happy to discuss more of that, too.
