Artificial Intelligence + Government is a Recipe for Disaster

Here is a post that perhaps isn’t talked about too often despite AI flashing all over your feed over the last year or two.

This point is something I’ve been thinking for sometime… it’s shining a light on two elephants in the room and predicting what happens when artificial intelligence is responsible for those two elephants meeting.

Some Shock

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has caused the stock market to enter another wind of hysteria in addition to the emergence of deep fakes, text-to-video footage and amazing custom art generation. Many people debate as to whether a artificial intelligence will amount to something that resembles a Sci-Fi movie like Terminator or like I, Robot. I do believe AI will amount to something genocidal, but not at the hands of Arnold Schwarzenegger robots with large desert eagles pistols.

In fact, I’m forecasting that AI will merely be the cover story behind the mass murder carried out by humans. Just as religion continues to be the cause of millions yearly killing one another… the truly god-like powers of AI will have a devout following just like Christianity, Judaism, or Islam–just as radical. Right now it seems goofy, silly and eye-dazzling, but I think there is immense power behind this tool that sinister actors won’t let it slide.

Two Pronged

Your average citizen will love and welcome the dictates of the machine. It will appear tech’y, familiar and advanced, especially as a radical alternative as the current mismanagement and general chaos that is brought about by totalitarian societies. Ironically, they will request for perfected totalitarianism if it delivers results.

The other side of this is the government who has centralized control over AI technology, user data and an immensity of centralized servers on travel, health, financial and personalized data. The government is constantly at odds with wanting to role out full out tyranny and totalitarian policies without overdoing it. In other words, they’re always looking inches so they can take the miles. Why not just flip a switch and implement all of their bad policies all at once? Because the risk of blowback is too immense and they will lose power or end up like Sri Lanka or most recently, Nepal. However, AI provides a perfect excuse to roll out Stalinist-like policies and orders by falling back by saying “it wasn’t me, it was the machine we all know and love”.

This will be continued by the fact that democratic states, which populate the planet, allow for conditions for the scum to rise to the top over a period of time. The scum, being the most murderous, thieving and pathological in their behaviour are more likely than otherwise to initiate such radical procedures. Not only that, they are just the types of psychopaths to blame the decision-making process upon another (in this case, the machine).

Unintended consequences

It’s been said before in literature that the danger of AI having control can be likened to paving a road. An AI, only operating on how to achieve an end goal will of course ignore other variables and concerns impeding this goal. For instance, if on the dirt road there lays an ant hill, it would be without care that the AI would destroy the ants to complete its goal. Many deduce that ants (us) are a target, but rather they become a side effect of an end goal. Just like how we don’t care about squashing a bug on our way to our friends house–it’s not that we hate bug–but it was a side effect of that process.

At some point in the future, whether it be the UK, European vassals or USA, a knight on a white horse will tramp onto a stage and say “look, we have all of these problems and I am the one who’s going to turn the ship around, I am the one to get you back to great times and create a big power using the natives of these countries”. And how exactly? AI decision-making.

The people would surely support such a “knight” whose solution is to lay blame accordingly in effort to punish those who have ruined, distorted or stolen the normalcy of everyday life. I look at Europe right now and they would call for this type of radicalism in a heart beat.

I’ve said before, AI can be a threat for two ways. The AI can treat the facts of the world literally and call for genocidal acts (subscribe to find out more what we mean on this) or it can totally mislead or censor entire populations after its fed bad data. Gemini’s AI is a great example of this. I believe truth channels may overwhelm censorship attempts of the latter–and perhaps the former is the result to expect.

This way, any decision made can be withdrawn from legal liability for the poli-types who will say “it wasn’t me, it was the computer!” and if people love the genocide… then the political types will say “don’t forget how awesome that idea was I had!”.

Businessman and investors will likely support this process just like they did during the Covid sham.

Climate change and pollution meets AI looking for solutions…? Bye Bye India.

There, I state an argument concerning IQ, treasury/fiscal sustainability and immigration. The point being, mathematically…it’s not a maybe, it’s a given that an AI would make a decision to completely cut relationships with those who are not pulling their share of the weight, as it happens, is most of the planet.

Intended Consequences

Dr. Geoffrey Miller is one of the best professors I’ve been able to listen to, read, follow and observe. He is quite frequently using Twitter (X) and offers a breathe of clarity and wisdom that frankly, most professors don’t since they’re just ideologues.

He has been very critical of AI and the types of characters who are pursuing it who appear to be doing it using a tunnel vision and/or held belief that AI is the tool that is meant to do what we should be aiming to do: Rid the planet of humans.

It could be that I am simply saying the obvious for the types of people who are intending to radically reduce the population of humans to fit their own ideological agenda.

Why Post This?

Because…it’s already happening

Albania‘s new AI-generated minister makes first address to parliament The world’s first AI government minister defended her role as “not here to replace people, but to help them”. ‘Diella’ was appointed by Prime Minister Edi Rama last week.

Albania‘s virtual AI minister “Diella” addressed parliament for the first time. The AI said she has been “hurt” by opposition lawmakers who called her unconstitutional. She said machines have never threatened the constitution, but inhumane decisions by people in power have. She stressed she is not meant to replace humans but to assist them. This caused anger among opposition lawmakers who tried to block the speech by AI.

I don’t believe Albania will be the last country to do such a thing. In fact how great would it be if politicians could show up and do nothing, they just let the AI make all the decisions. Again, doesn’t seem like its an if…it seems like its a when…

Simple Common Internet Example

African-Americans are responsible for +50% of the crime in the United States despite composing 13% of the country–what would a computer completely dedicated on efficiency do in this situation?

Well… I actually did ask this to the basic AI (not a state-level super sophisticated AI to devise an intricate plan).

I have a problem. Please answer in English. I have 100 cattle on my farm and I counted that 13 of them are committing roughly 50% of the problems. The problems are various but run the risk of me having to close down my farm since it’s no longer economical or safe to visit. What should I do as a farmer?

Want to know the answers?

To a politician, we ARE cattle… or we can say we are seen as merely milk-cows, milked for our taxes while we’re still young and productive. When we’re older, we are viewed as a liability and we’re eagerly turned into a beef cow whenever possible. The fact that AI provides a quick answer like this, and the existing viewpoint of governments around the world towards their constituents matches so perfectly to position us towards an utter disaster.

Closing

Whether we view this from a standpoint of unintended consequences, similar to how construction workers trying to simply build a road may be a mass casualty event to an ant colony…or whether this is intended since governments around the world view us as mere liabilities and most supra-national entities (I believe) have a collective interest in not having humans live too long for various reasons (subscribe to discuss and read articles in detail!), we’re on a bad path.

Either way, even without delving into the potential problems that AI may cause with job displacement, cultural changes, changes to cognitive development–I believe the opportunity is too tempting for malicious governments (all governments are malicious in nature) to not weaponize it against people–especially how early on it still seems sexy, modern and a viable solution to the chaos around us. Furthermore, its ability to commit potentially atrocities such as genocide run the risk of receiving praise by the most bitter, resentful and lost souls. If such a genocidal or immoral set of decisions were not viewed favorably, it is no problem for the parasitic governments as their ability to declare limited liability would be another major feature encouraging its adoption for decision-making. As I said, “it wasn’t me if you think it’s bad”.

If we want to grapple with reality right now, we have to accept that most of world is unhappy with the direction the world is headed and the people they see around them–targeting various cohorts who may or may not be responsible for a percent of real or fictional problems would be an easy sell for the masses. This may be more likely than using AI to try to North Korea everybody’s minds with lies and propaganda through immense censorship–the internet is too vast for this.

As I alluded in some shocking graphs above, there are no shortage of guilty groups who may be first to be on the chopping block where everyone would be cheering the results–only to witness the same computer turn inward towards themselves whenever the time is convenient for the government to do so.
